TERMS & CONDITIONS
Acceptance of Terms
By booking a place at Pole Camp Malta (organized by Pole Dance Academy Malta), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Your booking becomes binding once payment or deposit is received.

Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years or older to attend the camp. Exceptions for minors may be made only with written parental consent and at the organizer’s discretion.

Booking & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.

Your spot is confirmed only once payment has been received.
-
Remaining balances must be paid according to the chosen payment plan (deposit + 4 instalments or pay in full).
-
Failure to complete payment by the due dates may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of previous payments.

Payment Plans & Deadlines
-
If you choose a payment plan, instalments must be completed before the final payment deadline (usually 30 days before the event).
-
Late or missed payments may lead to forfeiture of your spot.

Payment reminders will be sent via email, but it is the participant’s responsibility to track due dates.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

All deposits are strictly non-refundable
-
Cancellations made more than 60 days before camp may transfer their spot to another participant (subject to approval).

Cancellations made within 60 days of camp start are non-refundable and nontransferable
-
If the event is postponed or cancelled by the organizer (e.g., due to travel restrictions or force majeure), all payments can be transferred to a future edition of Pole Camp Malta.

Transfers & Name Changes

You may transfer your booking to another participant before the final payment deadline, provided the new participant meets the eligibility requirements.

A small administrative fee may apply

Accommodation & Room Sharing
-
Accommodation packages are assigned based on your selection (Solo or Twin).
-
If you book a Twin Room and do not have a roommate, the organizer will pair you with another participant of the same gender whenever possible.
-
Room upgrades or special requests are subject to hotel availability.
​
Health & Safety
-
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to attend workshops.
-
Any medical condition or injury must be declared prior to camp.
-
The organizer is not responsible for injuries sustained during workshops, training, or events.
-
You participate at your own risk and are encouraged to have personal travel and health insurance.
​
Travel & Transport
-
Flights are not included in any package.
-
Airport transfers are included only on official arrival and departure days.
-
Delayed or missed transfers due to personal flight changes are the participant’s responsibility.

Code of Conduct
-
Respectful behaviour toward instructors, staff, and fellow participants is mandatory.
-
Any participant found under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol before workshops may be refused entry without refund.
-
Aggressive, discriminatory, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
​
Photography & Media
-
By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed during workshops and events

The organizer reserves the right to use media content for promotional purposes (website, social media, advertising).

If you wish to opt out, please notify the team in writing prior to camp.
​
Liability
-
The organizer is not liable for any personal injury, theft, or loss of property during the camp or related activities.
-
Participants are responsible for their own safety, belongings, and insurance coverage.
​
Force Majeure
The organizer will not be held responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events outside of their control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
​
Changes to the Program
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, instructors, or activities if necessary. Any major changes will be communicated promptly.
